New people added to the Notables database

Two new data sheets have been added: Josephine Anderson who was the original publican of the Royal Hotel in Clifton Hill (currently under threat of unsympathetic development) and John Orr who lived at of Abbotsford House in the 1840s and 1850s, and was the originator the suburb name Abbotsford.
