In late April Clifton Hill residents and other concerned parties were relieved to find that VCAT had affirmed the City of Yarra’s decision to refuse a permit for the partial demolition of this significant building, and construct multi-storey dwellings. Some local residents made their joy very clear!
Good news. Turn it back into a functional pub again.
